There are two ways to address shipments - To the customer's door or on request from an Econt office.
To the door:
You specify a specific address where it will be convenient to meet with the courier, he will hand over the package to you, and you will pay him the amount due. The address can be home or business, depending on your convenience. You can order the shipment to arrive at an address other than your place of residence.
To the office:
Upon request from the office of the courier company. Indicate the Econt office from which it is most convenient for you to receive the shipment. The working hours of the offices of Econt Express are from 9:00 to 18:00 (Saturday until 13:00).

Free delivery applies only to shipments addressed to the courier's OFFICE.
Free Shipping is not valid in the following cases:
When addressing a shipment to the door.
The ordered product is in promotion.
For all cities with an Econt office, orders are usually delivered the next working day, unless circumstances beyond our control arise. For other destinations, delivery is within 3 working days, depending on the schedule for visits to the courier company. Deliveries are made on weekdays, between 9:00 and 18:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00.
Orders placed by 17:00 on a business day and by 11:00 on a Saturday are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 on a working day, after 11:00 on Saturday and on holidays and weekends are processed on the next working day.
For orders placed at the customer's address about BGN 7 and BGN 9 if the courier does not have an office in the settlement.
ORDER
