ATTENTION! Please read these terms carefully before using the site! If you use this website, you are deemed to accept and agree with them. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this site!
When you place an order to purchase an item from the online store etgrace.com, you receive an e-mail with a reference to the request. This order is considered accepted from the moment our operator contacts you and receives confirmation of it. From now on, your order has the status "Processing" and our employee is preparing it for shipment.
When placing an order from the client is required:
1. Indicate a valid delivery address, current telephone number and two names.
2. Activate the order using the "Confirm order" button.
3. By activating the "Confirm order" button, the customer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of the site etgrace.com.
4. After receiving a valid order, an employee of the site etgrace.com contacts the customer by e-mail or phone to specify all the details on it, namely: item price, color, availability, deadlines and delivery price, and other details related to the specifics of the ordered items.
5. The prices of the goods on the site are final in Bulgarian levs and refer to one piece, unless it is explicitly stated that the product is complete with another item. Payments are made in Bulgarian levs.
Delivery of products:
Delivery time depends on the availability of the ordered products. In most cases the products are available and the delivery time is one working day. Orders placed after 17.00 may not be delivered the next business day.
If any of the ordered products is exhausted at the moment or due to other circumstances can not be delivered, the customer will be notified by phone or e-mail.
The orders are delivered with the courier company Econt.
Quality guarantee:
The etgrace.com store guarantees that at the time of shipment the product has no defects that would reduce its value or its suitability for normal use.
Protection of personal data:
The etgrace.com store undertakes to use the customer's personal data only for the purposes provided for in these general terms and conditions, namely: for all needs for the design and shipping of the ordered goods. If the client has declared invalid data, this obligation becomes invalid.
The etgrace.com store undertakes not to disclose the personal data of the customer to third parties unless it has received explicit permission from him or the information must be provided to the relevant authorities under Bulgarian law.
Return of goods:
According to Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the consumer has the right, without paying compensation or penalty and without stating a reason to refuse the received goods within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The amounts are refunded by cash on delivery. The user is obliged to store the products received from etgrace.com, their quality and safety during the term under Art. 55, para 1 of the CPA. In order to return the purchased products, they must be in good commercial condition, without being used and without compromising the integrity of the packaging. The products must correspond to the type in which they were received by the consumer. Products that do not meet these conditions, according to the CPA, are not subject to return and refusal. etgrace.com has the right to refuse the return of a product in accordance with applicable law.
When returning purchased products, the transport costs are borne by the customer and are not refundable.
Complaints are accepted by Email or other convenient way for the client, as he indicates the reasons for the complaint.
